SUPER easy vegetarian homemade chow mein. You can add any veggies you want basically. I used broccoli carrots and corn sautéed in garlic until soft. Then I boiled rice noodles for around 1 minute, strained and rinsed with cold water. I added the rice noodles to the veggies then I used 1 cup of veggie broth, soya sauce to taste and 1/4 cup of chow mein sauce. Fried this mixture for around 5 minutes until it was a bit crispy. Such an easy and cheap meal, plus it tastes AMAZING. This is perfect for those cozy nights in when you want to order take out but maybe can't afford it? I am always in that situation. #brokegirlprobs
